This Agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and defines the terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of goods through the online store owned by FOP Nosulko Viktoriia Volodymyrivna, TIN 3343305406, located at: 04078, Kyiv, 32 Serhii Danchenko St., apt. 460 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
By placing an order on the website or by other means, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of this Agreement.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller sells disinfectants, antiseptics, and detergents through the online store, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ordering and payment procedure
2.1. Orders are placed through the Seller's website or by other available means.
2.2. Payment shall be made by the Buyer in the amount of 100% of the cost of the goods:
• via Monopay,
• cash on delivery upon receipt at the NOVA POSHTA branch,
• or by bank transfer to the Seller's account.

3. Delivery terms
3.1. Orders are delivered by the carrier “NOVA POSHTA”.
3.2. The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods at the carrier's office.
3.3. Order dispatch time — 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Terms of return and exchange of goods
4.1. Return of goods damaged during transportation
Upon receiving the order at the NOVA POSHTA branch, the Buyer is obliged to check the quantity, integrity, and appearance of the goods.
In case of damage to the packaging or goods, or incomplete set:
• The Buyer must refuse the parcel and draw up an Acceptance and Transfer Act with the branch employee.
• After that, the Buyer must contact Steriland Customer Support at +38 095 344-22-11.
Exchange or return of goods is possible only if there is an Act drawn up at the carrier's office.
4.2. Return of goods of good quality
Goods of good quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
• the goods have not been used, their appearance and consumer properties have been preserved;
• the control seals are not damaged, the packaging is intact;
• the quantity of goods in the consumer packaging corresponds to the labeling;
• there are documents confirming the fact of purchase and receipt of the goods (receipts, cash register receipts).
5. Other conditions
5.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
5.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions by publishing the updated version on its website. The changes take effect from the moment of publication.
