The online store "Steriland" guarantees the conformity of the quality of the goods purchased by you with the current technical specifications and regulatory and technical documentation during the warranty period specified in the instructions and the quality certificate, provided that the established rules of transportation and storage are observed.
All disinfectants have passed the state registration procedure and are included in the state register of disinfectants in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The delivery of the purchased means to the buyer is accompanied by the provision of the conclusion of the state sanitary-epidemiological examination, an extract from the state register of disinfectants, a quality certificate from the manufacturer and instructions for use.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Return of goods damaged during transportation
IMPORTANTLY!!!
When receiving the goods at the branch of the carrier "NOVA POSHTA", be sure to check the quantity, integrity and appearance of the goods. If, upon receiving the order, you found external damage to the packaging or the product or an incomplete package, you must: refuse the parcel and draw up an Act of Acceptance and Delivery with an employee of the "NOVA POSHTA" branch, after which please contact the "Steriland" Customer Support Service at the number +38 095 344-22-11.
The return or exchange of goods damaged during transportation is possible only if there is a Certificate of Acceptance-Transfer drawn up in the branch of the carrier "NOVA POSHTA".
After consideration of the Act by the "Steriland" Customer Support Service, we will exchange the damaged product for a new one.
2. Return of goods of proper quality
The return of the product of appropriate quality (or its replacement with another product) is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase (the date of receipt of the product at the carrier's office).
Terms of product return:
- the product has not been used, the appearance of the product has not been changed, there is no damage;
- the control seals on the packaging are not damaged, the quantity of the product in each unit of consumer packaging corresponds to the labeling on the label and documentation for the product;
- the presence of documents confirming the purchase and receipt of goods at the carrier's office (receipts, cashier's checks);
Return delivery of goods to the supplier is paid by the buyer.
Refunds for goods or replacements for other goods are made only after a thorough inspection of the returned goods.
