GENERAL PROVISIONS

   We have great respect for the confidential (personal) information of everyone, without exception, who visited the Website of the Steriland online store (https://www.steriland.com.ua/). Based on this, we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information and aggregates of information about an individual or legal entity that is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site for each User.

   This Privacy Policy in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of personal data" dated June 01, 2010 No. 2297-VI, applies to Users of the Website of the Steriland online store and establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating , storage, processing, use, protection, deletion and disclosure of personal data of Site Users.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

- "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or other persons who have access to personal data to comply with the requirement not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.

- “User of the website of the Steriland online store (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site using the Internet and uses the Website of the Steriland online store”.

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. By using the site or buying a product offered on the site, as well as when making a purchase, the User confirms:

2.1.1 that he is an adult and gives consent to the Steriland Online Store and persons authorized by it to process personal data;

2.1.4 agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Site of the Steriland online store, including delivery goods;

2.1.5 is aware that the Site Administration may be forced to provide the User's personal data at the request of public authorities.

2.2. Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following information: User, User's contact phone number, e-mail address (e-mail), Goods delivery address, User's place of residence.

2.3. Users are responsible for the Personal Data of third parties that they receive, publish or provide to others using the website of the Steriland Online Store, and confirm that they have the consent of the third party to provide data to the owner.
