- Your parcel can be at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 business days from the moment of receipt. If you do not receive it during this period, the parcel will be sent back. The parcel storage period can be extended if the recipient does not have time to pick it up in time, "NOVA POSHTA" provides such a service on a paid basis. From the 6th business day, daily payment is made according to the tariffs of the carrier "NOVA POSHTA".
- As soon as the order is accepted by the carrier - you will receive an SMS with the express invoice number or a message in Viber. After the order is delivered by the carrier, you will also receive an SMS or Viber message.

2. DELIVERY BY COURIER "STERILAND" CITY OF KYIV
Delivery is carried out only for orders over UAH 3,500.
The service is free of charge provided that:
• within the city of Kyiv
• minimum order amount is UAH 3,500.
• 100% prepayment of the order by details or by Visa or Mastercard on the website.
The order will be delivered the next day after payment confirmation.
The delivery schedule for orders is from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00 (1 hour before arrival, the driver will contact the buyer).
Please, to avoid misunderstandings and timely delivery, be in touch at your phone number and address specified on the website, if the customer does not answer the phone call several times in a row, the delivery will be postponed to the next day.
ATTENTION! Delivery is carried out only to the door of the house, premises, enterprise, etc.

3. SELF-PICKUP (free of charge)
- Self-pickup is possible from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00 after 100% payment
- After payment is received on the store's account, the manager will contact you to agree on the date and time for receiving the goods.
- To receive the order at the pick-up point, you must provide the customer's full name or order number.
IMPORTANT! Be sure to check the goods for integrity without leaving the pick-up point.

- For Individuals - after placing and confirming the order, the buyer will be sent an invoice (details) for payment by e-mail or viber. Payment can be made at the bank's cash desk or through the bank's mobile application by selecting the payment by details function.
- For Legal Entities - after placing and confirming the order, legal entities need to send copies of registration documents (EDRPOU code and VAT payer certificate) to the e-mail info@steriland.com.ua. After providing the registration documents, the manager will send an invoice for payment to the customer's mail.
The order is sent after the funds are credited to the seller's account.
